We would like to introduce you to the way we live surfing as a culture. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced surfer. We offer a structured program for all levels and skills, from single lessons to packages and full courses. We specialize in lessons for kids, senior citizens, families, groups, adapted surfing, and people with special needs or conditions. We believe that surfing can change your life, and that age does not matter in this amazing sport.

What do we include?

-90 Min Surf lesson, Splited in 20/30 min Theory and land practice + 60/70 min in the Water.
-Surf Equipment (Surfboard, Rashguard, Sink-Sun block and Fruit)
-Transportation will be included with a minimum of 4 pax (Malpais/Sta Teresa-Hermosa)

Individual

If you’re not ready to be vulnerable in a group setting, or if you are on your own and your partner prefers not to join, this experience is for you. These sessions are incredibly personalized and offer deep, intensive healing.

Group Training

Co-ed experiences are available for private groups or individuals—you’ll gain a lot of new friends along the way! Group experiences can be booked by private groups such as co-workers, friends, or large families, or by individuals who join others as strangers and leave as a soul family.

Couples

Intimate private experiences for couples or small families who want to heal, reconnect, and grow together.

Duck Food Dive

We will share recipes and food suggesstion according to your body type, Raw food Nutrition advisement.

Fit Surfing Ness

Surf work outs online with its daily routines, including cardio, balance, core, breathing and flexibility.

IndoBoard & SurfSkate:

We will teach you how to create your own indoboard and we will do lessons online.

Theory + Land Practice

Online Pop up theory reminder explained with land practice, every class is progressively adjusted to your level..from beginner to intermidiate

Discution Meeting chats and facetimes
